I’m a proud graduate of Arizona State University with an MBA from the University of Minnesota, and before becoming an agent, I held various leadership roles in corporate America. That experience taught me the value of putting clients first, fostering trust, and delivering strong results - principles that continue to guide how we serve our community today.

ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Dondrell Swanson - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.
In this role, you’ll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
