Dondrell Swanson is the Founder and President of Swanson Insurance & Financial Services Inc., an Arizona-based affiliate of State Farm Insurance companies. Together with the Swanson Team, Dondrell helps thousands of Arizona customers protect what matters most.

Dondrell joined the State Farm family in 2005, and over the past 20 years, the Swanson Agency has continued to grow in policies, customer households, and success—earning recognition as a multiple-time Chairman Circle level agency and Senior Vice Presidents’ Club qualifier.

Originally from Oakland, California, Dondrell attended Arizona State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and earning recognition as “Male Scholar of the Year.” He later earned his MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Those experiences helped shape an agency built around a simple idea: insurance is about more than paperwork. It’s about real people, real goals, and protecting the things you’ve worked hard to build.
